Private: natural state property. 300 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop "Ponte Semina, Campo Blenio" 400 m, railway station "Biasca" 28 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Cappana Boverina, Cappana Scaletta, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Archivio Doneta, Castello de Seravalle, Locarno, Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Retico Diga di Luzzone, Lago Ritum, Lago Cristallina, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. For 2 people who prefer to spend their time hiking, the Stübii is ideal because the location offers many opportunities for tours. The house itself is small but very functional. The only thing I missed was a toaster... From the terrace you can see the steep face of the Sosto, which can be a bit overwhelming for some, but terrific for others. The proximity to the road is not very noticeable. The cowbells are louder, but are part of it.
