The house is in a very convenient and beautiful location of La Punt. Furnished with care, the kitchen is well equipped, the large balcony is very pleasant. The second bathroom is not very comfortable (toilet without sink which is instead built into a wardrobe). I suggest clarifying how the upstairs Velux skylight windows are used because I have not been able to open them.

We spent a wonderful winter holiday week in the Chesa Chanella 5. The apartment is cozy and well located. The cross-country ski runs start nearby, there is a ski lift for children, opportunities for tobogganing, snowshoeing and good public transport connections to other places in the Engadin. We also appreciated that we could walk to the bakery, supermarket or sports shop.

The stuffed head of a deer hangs in the living room. Fitted carpet (stained and disgusting) practically everywhere. Although the kitchen is functional, it is impractical, and you have to bring your own coffee maker. The bathroom: no shower and absolutely disgusting. Roommates who let their small children run around in the stairwell forever (even at Christmas).

Well-equipped apartment, with the convenience of a mezzanine over the living room and fireplace. Beautiful unobstructed view of green space, Engadine houses, and mountains. Very pleasant balcony.

We were 6 people. Everyone felt very comfortable. For those who want to enjoy the apartment, they are amazed by the magnificent view. A small smear. A coffee filter machine no longer fits the standard of the apartment.
