Overall, a very nice apartment in a quiet location. However, there are minor defects in the kitchen equipment. For example, the frying pans need to be replaced and the waste bin is also broken. The apartment has electric underfloor heating. When we arrived, the room temperature was 25 degrees! The only thing that helped was regular ventilation, as it was not adjustable - a disaster in terms of resources.

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, you will find everything you need. Right next to the bus station and a few steps from hiking trails and cross-country ski runs. It doesn't get any better. Gladly again.

Very nice, spacious, clean and tiptop furnished apartment with everything you need. We were there in winter with a child and dog and felt very comfortable. The quiet and sunny location at the back of the road to the south is very pleasant, with a beautiful view of the mountains. We will be back!

The apartment in the house La Planüra in Maloja is well and tastefully furnished. Since it is right next to a bus stop, it is particularly recommended for holidaymakers who travel by public transport. The support provided by the Interhome team in St. Moritz is also friendly and helpful.

the apartment contains everything needed, a complete kitchen, very good beds and two bathrooms. The view is great and the apartment is wonderfully quiet. There is a small shop five minutes away where you can buy everything you need. Maloja is a place where little or nothing of tourism is noticeable. we plan to come back for sure. In case of problems, the St. Moritz branch is always available to help.

Tastefully furnished, spacious for two people, very good kitchen equipment for people who want to cook for themselves. Very quiet, you hardly hear anything from the street. Good location for excursions towards the Engadine and Italy.

Apartment very well located in a quiet area with a view of the forest and the mountain, close to all amenities cross-country skiing, walking, snowshoeing 10-15 minutes from St-Moritz for the large Coop. Good beds, very well equipped kitchen, sunny balcony at the end of the day which was perfect for an aperitif outside! Only fault: the ceiling which creaked sometimes (wood, dilation?) which was sometimes surprising.

A beautiful, bright apartment in which you feel very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances for everyday use. The living room is large and bright. The balcony has afternoon sun overlooking a lovely spot with forest and mountain views. The side view is of the Segantini Museum and the Bergell mountains. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms with shower/2 toilets/bathtub. Entrance area spacious. Garage with elevator directly to the apartment.

We spent two very nice weeks. Good starting point for hikes in the immediate and wider area. Post bus stop right next to the house. We were two. In our opinion, the apartment is less suitable for longer stays for 4 people (because of the sofa bed for people 3+4 in the living room).

Very well equipped apartment with a good location to the cross-country ski trail in a scenic area. What we missed was a wardrobe and a drying rack. In addition, the preset room temperature of 26 degrees could only be lowered by opening the windows. However, if we were back in the area we would happily book this property again.

Very clean, wonderfully quiet and well equipped! The decor is very tasteful! The location next to the bus stop is very convenient, although you can also go for beautiful walks and hikes from the house. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

This apartment is good from every point of view, it is functional, warm, contains luxury bedding, a bathroom, a shower room, two toilets, finally fully equipped and then you can have your breakfast on a table located outside facing the Belvedere. Well equipped spacious house for 2 people. Very nice view of the mountains. Car can be parked on your own spot in the garage and from there is a lift to the apartment. Good base to explore the area. Close to the house are several hiking trails for shorter and longer walks through the mountains and to the lake. The view is also beautiful. Also nearby are several beautiful mountain passes to drive by car. The bus stops next to the house, for those who do not want to drive alone.
