The cleaning of the apartment was not well done, some stains on the kitchen cupboards and we found two pairs of socks that did not belong to us!!! In the living room and in the bedroom!! And the inside of the microwave was also dirty.

Very nice apartment with a great view of the mountains and Lake Silvaplana. Please note that the apartment is not barrier-free. From the parking space in the garage to the elevator you have to climb stairs and in the apartment a very steep staircase leads to the beds. Otherwise everything is fine.

Lovely chalet style flat for 2-4 people. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchenette. Parking available. The flat is just 5 min walk from Corvatsch valley station!

-Kitchen equipment rudimentary. -Although the requirement to cover your mouth and nose was posted throughout the entire property and underground car park due to the COVID situation, the person at reception did not wear a mask. The cleaning staff also circulates without a mask. A plexiglass panel was set up in the entrance area, but the contact takes place next to it, customer with mask, reception staff without mask. We had the impression that the regulation only applies to the guests.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and really appreciated the proximity to the Corvatsch valley station. We found the apartment very cozy and enjoyed the morning view of the lake. We are already looking forward to our next stay in Silvaplana.

All in all we were very satisfied. Only criticism: there were practically no cutting knives or cutting scissors in the kitchen. These two utensils come in handy in a kitchen. But otherwise great!

The apartment is only suitable for small people, because the height in the sleeping area is insufficient and it is easy to hit your head on the beams. The crockery is just enough and a hair dryer in the sanitary area is missing. The apartment is dusty from the roof wood and the stairs should be repaired. Faucets should be overhauled. Kind regards
