Pros: Quality bed, heating that combats the chilly weather (in the middle of summer!), uncomplicated service at reception, garage parking, restaurant on site, great shower, despite the curtain. Cons: Limited kitchen supplies, knives don't cut well, dishwasher unnecessary for such a small apartment; it would create more storage space.

The staff is amazing but cleanliness of the apartment was sub standard. Found hair all over the sheets, buggers on a pillow case, toothpaste in sink, hair in bathroom and lipstick on supposedlyclean wine glass. Things happen but this was a bit much. Else great place.

Cleanliness was okay. Kitchen utensils (sieve!) needed replacing. An instruction manual for the sofa bed would be helpful. Otherwise, everything was fine. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Small but mighty. Everything you need is there. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. 200m to the baby lift that takes you to the Corvatsch cable car is ideal. Already made a mental note for next year!

Small apartment in the style of the 70s (almost retro), equipped with everything that is important in everyday life (towels, bed linen, stove, sink, oven, dishwasher, kettle). Good location, possibility to rent a garage.

This apartment has remained in the state of the "70s"! Only the TV is up to date! Wobbly seating - dim lighting - cutlery randomly in the basket - silicone jointing in the bathroom with clear mold! The wardrobe hasn't been dusted for a long time!! Therefore grade 5!!
