The furniture is starting to show its age, especially the wall beds. The TV is in an inconvenient location. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Good location.

Furnishings are old and the television is in an unfortunate location. Sofa takes up way too much space. Very tight space for two people, especially in winter.

The residential complex is well organized and the rooms were clean we liked it. Only the hip bath should be replaced by a shower in my opinion - this antiquated thing is extremely impractical and the high entrance is an insurmountable hurdle in the event of a leg injury or for older people.
