A beautiful apartment in a great location. The kitchen offers everything you need in a small space. The bathroom is super new and offers a large shower. Comfortable beds and a great view from the balcony. Furthermore, top cleanliness and great support on site by Mr. W

Well located apartment. The facilities are good, especially the small kitchen, where you can find everything you need. Fairly new shower room. Comfortable fold-away beds. Close to the ski slope, almost ski in/ski out possible. Nice balcony with a great view of the mountains. Absolutely recommended for 1 person, but it might be quite cramped for two people. However, the price is really fair for Arosa, so you can weigh things up here

The apartment is rather small, has folding beds but is comfortably furnished. The balcony offers an amazing view and the bathroom with shower is clean and nice.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and very centrally located. It was only about 350 m to the ski slope. The beds were very comfortable. From the living room you had a beautiful view of the mountains. At reception, the friendly employee explained everything to us in detail, gave us information about Arosa and showed us the ski cellar and the way to the ski slope.

Once again we enjoyed the days in Utoring. The apartment on the 2nd floor contains everything you need for a few days of vacation. We appreciated the bread service. The only drawback: Stewi on the terrace is unusable!
