- fortunately clean - no mattress protectors (not hygienic) - no drying rack available - few kitchen utensils: no beer glasses, long drinks, serving spoons, hardly any (yoghurt) bowls - 2 brooms but no dustpan - poor garden set on balcony - basement too cold for drying laundry - no bucket/mop available - cheap doors (creak a lot) - the house may be painted

spacious, friendly apartment with a nice kitchen and nice bathroom. Older fitted carpet in the living/sleeping area not very suitable for "crawling children". Good value for money.
