The Melina apartment in Laax is beautifully located, clean and spacious. The furnishings are impeccable and complete. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, even with skis. The carport is very practical. The only thing missing is a ski room (it's actually incomprehensible that the architect didn't plan for this in a ski resort).

Excellent accommodation with a great view of Laax. Very good equipment. The only thing we missed was a kettle and a microwave. But everything was very modern, and there was a steamer (in addition to the oven). The neat bookshelf with fiction in four languages is also great!

Nice house if climbing stairs is not a problem. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and in very good condition. You have a great view and a good starting point. The best conditions for a wonderful autumn holiday. We felt very comfortable. Luckily, we were able to extend it two more days.

We had a wonderful week in this modern, perfectly equipped house. With a view over Laax and the surrounding mountains. A perfect starting point for hikes in the area. What we missed was a laundry hanging device. We can only recommend the house and would love to come back.

The apartment is very suitable for 4 - max. 6 people and has everything you need for a stay in winter. On the 1st floor, which can be reached via external stairs, is the spacious open living-dining area with hallway, all in very good condition. A staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms with toilets on the 2nd floor. 1.2 km to the town of Laax and 2.3 km to the Laax valley station make the whole thing logistically pleasant and manageable. We were very satisfied!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything is modern and clean. Location is close to the bus stop for the ski bus and easy to get to Laax or Falera. I would recommend staying here and would stay again, if available. Do note that there is no washing machine which was a minor annoyance.

We had a wonderful and loved the great location in Laax. Easy to get to the local grocery store and the slopes. Very nice hosts and check in was very easy.
