Plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped. Wi-Fi works perfectly.

Well located, with an Aldi nearby. The amenities are very good; nothing is missing. We were very satisfied and had a good rest.

Upon arrival, the key safe wasn't locked; I couldn't figure out how to lock it. The stairs to the front door were littered with grain from a torn bag on the stairs. I had to sweep it away before I could walk in. A sloppy start. The house smelled musty; I opened the doors and windows; that helped. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly. Much of the cutlery and crockery wasn't clean enough in the drawers. The dishwasher didn't seem to clean properly; I had to do a lot of it by hand. The beds were great, the balcony was fantastic, even in the rain.

Good accommodation, everything is there. The only drawback is the small bathroom and no separate toilet. Wi-Fi is only available for a high fee. There are no guest cards.

We had a good time going ski touring. The apartment is fine and has everything you need. Be careful - there is an old smoke taste in the apartment - probably a former smoker's apartment.

The holiday apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and it is in a very quiet location. We were happy that there was WiFi. We would love to come back!

We had a great time with lots of excursions for all weather conditions. The Crap Grisch is very cozy, so we immediately felt at home. The view from the balcony is phenomenal. We would love to come back.

Interior correct and clean, exterior very poorly maintained. No one came to hand over the keys and the address of the dry cleaners is not on the voucher. If the phone does not work, it is impossible to reach the person responsible. She does not speak French.

We felt very comfortable. The house is very quiet above Ilanz and has everything you need.

Please provide a working internet. Preferably free of charge as standard in Austria.

The apartment is not in Laax as advertised, it is on the mountainside next to Ilanz. About the apartment: A cozy and open atmosphere, the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom with stone slabs and glass partition beautifully designed but a bit cramped. Negative: We only received the guest card after multiple requests on Wednesday morning, there was no direct contact with the responsible person. The delivery was also "contactless". W-Lan only against payment.

Nice location. Good rooms and room layout. Own vehicle highly recommended as quite remote. Uncomplicated handovers.

Very well equipped kitchen. Great view if the weather is right. Unfortunately, the outdoor fireplace / grill is no longer available, contrary to what the photos show. The beds are VERY soft (too soft for us).

Bedrooms are getting a bit old. To pay electricity bill extra, bit expensive! Were received very friendly.

Accommodation and location are good, according to the stated rental price BUT additional costs (heating) are exorbitantly high (EUR 125 for 6 days) or cheated on the bill (no photo of the initial meter reading as proof)

I don't think it's correct to charge for electricity in addition to tourist taxes and ancillary costs, it's not justified!
