Below Ruschein, in the district of Tischinas 2 km from the centre of Ruschein, 2 km from the centre of Ilanz, 6 km from the centre of Laax, on a slope, 8 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden with meadow. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Ilanz" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, ski lift 8 km, ski school 8 km. Please note: car recommended.

The apartment is not in Laax as advertised, it is on the mountainside next to Ilanz. About the apartment: A cozy and open atmosphere, the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom with stone slabs and glass partition beautifully designed but a bit cramped. Negative: We only received the guest card after multiple requests on Wednesday morning, there was no direct contact with the responsible person. The delivery was also "contactless". W-Lan only against payment.

Nice location. Good rooms and room layout. Own vehicle highly recommended as quite remote. Uncomplicated handovers.

Very well equipped kitchen. Great view if the weather is right. Unfortunately, the outdoor fireplace / grill is no longer available, contrary to what the photos show. The beds are VERY soft (too soft for us).

Accommodation and location are good, according to the stated rental price BUT additional costs (heating) are exorbitantly high (EUR 125 for 6 days) or cheated on the bill (no photo of the initial meter reading as proof)
