It is just too good to be there and what an apartment ! absolutely fabulous it has got everything and it was total value for money for me and my family. It is very close to train station and we thoroughly enjoy it and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit wengen

It was with great pleasure that we stayed for 10 days in this comfortable apartment in a beautiful central location in Wengen. With a balcony from where you have a direct view of the Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen valley. Installing some fall prevention features in the bathroom (such as anti-slip mat, safety bars) could make the apartment safer for the elderly.

We family of 4 stayed and very much enjoyed the stay. Its opposite to Wengen station with a mountain view which was amazing and quite handy to use public ransport. Apartment was quite spacious and it had everything which a family would need with added benefit of grocery store next to it. I'd love to come back.

Perfect location right by the station - the trains are electric so they don't disturb - and with a view right to the Jungfrau. Nice to sit on the small balcony and enjoy the view. A minus is that you cannot open a window in the bedroom and the duvets are warm when you are there in the summer heat. For me, the pillow 'sausage' was also too high. A little small in such an expensive apartment that no extra toilet rolls are included! After all, you can't buy fewer than 4 in the shops! It's a bit petty - like the lack of spices

Plus: location. Next to the station and with a direct view of the Jungfrau from the balcony. Wengen is one of the two best bases for trips in the Bernese Oberland, so that helps. Also quite spacious for 2 people with 4 people (folding beds in the living room) it gets tight, despite the separate bathroom and second toilet. Minus: basically everything else. It's a slightly jaded affair, where most of the inventory is 30-40 years old and you feel more like a slum landlord...

Wonderful centrally located apartment. Practically furnished with everything your heart desires. We found the available hand soap, washing-up liquid and various spices in the kitchen very great. Even the first coffee capsules were there, just wonderful. We would like to come again. The only negative point is the carpet..,

Excellent reception, beautifully located apartment on the 4th floor. Interior nostalgic. Everything in good condition. Skiroom there. Close to all facilities, supermarket, station, cable car. Nice view of the slopes. Recommended Warm and too dry inside, is the only downside.

Late check-in was no problem after we let the host know in advance. We were lent the power socket adaptor. Very smooth check-out. No shortage of any supplies for a week, we were also given a guest card of the town, that qualified us for example to get a discount on the cableway. Two toilets is actually a nice idea. This is the fourth time we have rented this unit over the years. It is VERY dated but the position in the village is perfect. I was very disappointed that soap for the bathrooms and additional toilet paper was not supplied. That may seem like a small thing but at the price we paid; and for a 20 day rental, I believe they should have been supplied.

Beautiful view (mountain and valley) from the balcony; comfortable and well-equipped apartment. This was our third stay in this apartment which is very conveniently situated for the train, the cable car and the shops. We love it!

This apartment is exceptional. It has all the comforts of the world, plenty of space, TWO bathrooms (essential for traveling with kids), lounge chairs looking out at the best scenic view I have ever seen in my life. It also has a terrace on the viewing side. Check is a breeze as the booking office is a block away, and the location is next to the mini train station, so you can walk up to the apartment . Would certainly stay again and stay longer just to sit and enjoy that view again.

We have been coming to Wengen for several years and for a non skier accompanying skiers this apartment offers the perfect central location for both ski access and walking around. Spacious and comfortably furnished with lovely mountain views, the apartment is ideal for a ski week stay.
