Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room 26 m2 with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, cable TV, flat screen, radio, CD-player and DVD. 1 room 15 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Large, open kitchen 11 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Small balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the resort and the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, no lift.

Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, surf school 1.5 km, tennis, indoor tennis centre, minigolf, riding stable 600 m, walking paths from the house 50 m, skisport facilities 25 km, ski bus stop 400 m. Nearby attractions: Jungfraujoch Top of Europe, Schilthorn Piz Gloria, Ballenberg Freilichtumuseum. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grindelwald Kleine Scheidegg, Wengen Männlichen, Mürren Schilthorn. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner- und Brienzersee 2 km. The apartment is very central and yet quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. Carpets in living room and bedroom should be replaced as they are quite stained and unsanitary. There are minor repairs to be done. The mattresses are old and should be renewed. The apartment could be better maintained and cleaned more cleanly.

The accommodation was exactly as previously described - very nice, clean, with a great view from the balcony. The adjoining river (Aare) rushes quite nicely, but it wasn't a problem for us. The only annoying thing is the parking situation (difficult and subject to a fee), but you can't blame interhome for that. We would love to come back anytime. There is even a stair lift (we didn't try it), so that (theoretically) people with walking difficulties can also get into the apartment.

Overall very satisfied with the location. However, a few comfortable adjustable garden chairs on the balcony would be an improvement. More information regarding parking in the vicinity is also desirable.

The location of the accommodation is great, the facility has passed the zenith. For an attic apartment there is no air conditioning. The balcony was dirty and needs a refurbishment. The key holder needed 3 attempts to hand over the deposit. Even with the search for a parking space, there was no help despite the promise. We will no longer consider accommodation.
