No excessive luxury, but everything you need is there. Cozy, spacious, clean, with a nice balcony and a sunshade, perfect garage. Bedrooms are okay, plenty of space, and the kitchen is very spacious. Dogs are welcome, though not ideal for large dogs. However, there's a lot of street noise, a very busy road, and no EV charging facilities.

Apartment was tip top in order, super neat and beautiful view. Car parked in the garage and did not need it anymore. Bus stop almost in front of the door, very handy!

Good holiday home, in a beautiful location. Fully furnished. Recommended! Due to the absence of a few comfortable loungers, no rating "very good".

This apartment could be amazing if there were a few minor adjustments . Having one set of keys for 4 adults is not reasonable. We traveled with my elderly parents and we were constantly having to coordinate on how to get back in the building . Secondly, I understand the reason for no air conditioning but it did get quite warm in the apartment and the additions of some floor fans would solve that issue. We tried opening the doors & windows but the flies were insane. I'll address the biggest issue

The crockery is not in sufficient number, indeed, 4 plate of each for such an apartment is not in line with what one can expect. This implies an overuse of the dishwasher because instead of washing once a day you have to wash after each meal. Noisy because gives directly on the road which is very busy. The TV does not have the minimum with the essential channels. Otherwise you need an Apple TV subscription. Netflix is set to Russian and cannot be changed.

Everything worked great

Very clean, well organized, everything available, we were very satisfied. - the only downside, thanks to the contactless handover, there was no stamped guest card, but we could get over that and would certainly have been solvable if asked.
