The Charlet is in a great location, everything you need is in the house

The house is very old and in desperate need of renovation. Insufficient cleaning. I cleaned the windows once, nobody has done that this year. The furniture is carelessly thrown together. TV broken. Location also unsuitable for anglers as the lake is too far away. Unfortunately, you can't drive up by car to bring the motor and paddle. A pity! Unfortunately a flop for us!

The location of the house is good. The house needs to be renovated. Sockets fall out of the wall, paint is peeling off, one bed was broken on arrival and the whole time, drawers in the freezer are broken. The landlord could only be reached once (on the day of arrival) by phone, a promised visit from him did not take place. The final cleaning by the previous tenant was also inadequate. The house is getting old.

The house is in a quiet area, has a lot of natural light inside,is well equipped for longer stays and walks with stunning views are possible along the nearby lake.
