Very beautiful villa, well laid out for a good holiday with a pleasant swimming pool and a beautiful view of Xabia. A downside: a lack of equipment (4 deckchairs for 6 !!!!, an outdoor table too small for 6. To be improved to obtain a MAX result

We liked the house a lot, especially being able to enjoy the pool, it is very good and quite large, the views are great and the urbanization is very quiet, great to go with the family. The only bad thing is the cleanliness of the house, there was a lot of dirt in the corners and we even found a used stone in one of the rooms. For everything else very happy with our stay.

The house is very nice, very spacious. However the cleaning was poor (remains of an inflatable mattress pierced around the pool), presence of ants in a cupboard, such as the presence of dirty cotton swabs in the sofa, used handkerchiefs in a room, in the hallway wardrobe dirty sheets and odors in the cupboard, and especially strong odors in the parental room with the presence of worms in the parental room and parental bathroom.
