Private: natural state property with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar, café 700 m, sandy beach 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

A wonderful holiday home for even a larger travel party. Large common areas and each with its own peace in the spacious bedrooms. Quiet area within walking distance of town. Easy food supply with 2 shops 150 m away. We had electric bikes to get around easily (XXX.com). From the upstairs terrace a great mountain view and from the other over the city towards the castle. Denia was a town of a suitable size, with lots of shops and restaurants. Interhome's services work well.
