Monte Pedreguer 4 km from Golf La Sella: Beautiful, cosy villa "Robinson", 2 storeys. In the district of Monte Pedreguer 3.5 km from the centre of Pedreguer, 8 km from the centre of Jávea, 15 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 11 km from the sea, 14 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden, 800 m2 wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 210 - 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Barbecue, parking. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, sandy beach 13 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Overall our stay was good. But no information about where to throw the rubbish because there is no obvious place to do so. The agent send us after 2 days of asking where to throw it and the code also. No information if someone is coming to take care of the pool or garden or even change the bed sheets.. Problem with the boiler..no warm water for 1 day.. There was only 1 note about WiFi password and that's it.. Pool should be heated so people can enjoy it all year round.we won't be coming back

The house is in need of renovation, as there are tight cracks in the walls and chairs are almost collapsing. A dishwasher would be nice, or basic equipment. (Dishwashing liquid, sponge ...) The water in the pool was already quite yellow when we arrived. We would have been happy to receive a personal key handover and briefing for the house. It would have been helpful to explain whether you have to separate the garbage and where it is going. The wifi also didn't work as stated.

The house is fine, except for 2 points. The kitchen faucet only has hot water and is loose. They must fix it. The second point is that it does not have air conditioning
