Private: garden 1'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (5 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 900 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 900 m, shingle beach "Caleta" 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

outdoor area good. Poor kitchen equipment, was already criticized in 2019-2022. Only gets worse. Changing the gas bottle is an impertinence and dangerous. It is not mentioned in the description that gas is used for cooking and hot water is also heated with gas.

Good location the house is nice and close to shops, the beach the Garden is great. The place is very quiet. Only downside it would be nice if the owner warns before going to do the maintenance of the pool.

Interhome service on site first class, thank you very much, gladly again. The house is super great, as in many holiday rental properties, the kitchen equipment is unfortunately lousy. Understand the landlord, probably too much is broken or stolen again and again. Nevertheless, overall: 5 stars out of 5 The outside area with garden, pool, shower, BBQ and several seats, depending on the time of day and the sun, is gigantic and extremely well-kept.
