Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Large terrace partly roofed, large patio, large garden, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the swimming pool and the resort. Beautiful, comfortable house "Mareselva". In the district of Montgó, 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in an elevated position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property (fenced), garden 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, shower and WC, patio, arbour, pergola, barbecue. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1.3 km, sandy beach 4 km. Sports harbour 3.5 km, marina 3.5 km, golf course 12 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Most everything was good except the cleaning on the patio! A group of furniture at the outdoor grill was not cleaned. Then it was very messy with keys to the house, 2 large bunches of keys with keys that you had no idea where they went! No explanation!

The house is in a fantastic location, the view of the whole city and the sea is terrific. WiFi and air conditioning worked fine. The staff in the Interhome office were very friendly and helpful.

On the whole we were unfortunately very disappointed. The service was outrageously booking problematic and there was no inspection when the keys were handed over. Now you can still call your 300 € deposit afterwards! Internet didn't work at all for the first few days. Communication to the sedentary interhome was miserable

Outstanding views from bedroom on 2nd floor! Very nice house! We live in Denia and we wanted run away weekend. We found peace in your house and enjoyed a lot! Definitely we will come back again ☺️

Good rental very quiet on the heights of Denia. The view is superb and the swimming pool as well as the splendid garden. However, be careful, the air conditioning is only installed in one room and I find that the interhome site does not explain it enough when we filter on the air conditioning criteria. Fans are installed on the ceilings of the other rooms but the cleanliness was not there ... The house is well equipped or even too much so sometimes furniture nibbles the space. The kitchen is small with aging appliances. The TV is in French so for us it was fine even if less exotic. Finally, but that is not the fault of interhome mosquitoes are there ... We were looking for rest and calm we had but these small downsides can be important for other occupants ...

Villa located on the heights of Dénia which allows to have a magnificent view, but which sometimes causes wind. The part of the first floor is completely new (1 double bed with SLB + air conditioning), but which can only be accessed from the outside. The ground floor is partly renovated (living room / dining room), on the other hand the kitchen is small with a fridge which needs to be changed. Then you will find two bedrooms with an SLB. the downside is that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms only ceiling fans. The pool is perfect, you will enjoy 2 terraces (1 on the lounge side and 1 not very far from the pool on the BBQ side). Overall we had an excellent stay with the family, the air conditioning on the ground floor would be a plus.
