Beautiful, cosy house "Katharina". In the resort Balcón al Mar, 1 km from the sea, 3.8 km from the beach. Private: garden (not fenced) wildlife garden, natural garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, café 450 m. Tennis 450 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

In October I was with my two children and my nephew in the holiday home Katharina. The great pool was a plus. We spent a lot of time there and had a lot of fun. Also positive to note was the almost new kitchen, in which nothing was missing. Downsides were the lack of wine glasses, duvets and no air conditioning. (Not recommended for midsummer) Everything else was great.!!
