Beautiful, comfortable terraced house "Golden Park", 3 storeys. In the district of El Arenal, in a quiet position, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (17 x 8 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, single garage. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 650 m. Surf school, sailing school 550 m, tennis 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

We had fabulous time at this accommodation the only thing we would like to change about the apartment is the the bedding and towels they aren’t worth using they are so thin. it all needs updating. We would also of liked a heads up about the noise an apartment was being completely ripped out opposite so all week it was very noisy

The house is very well located, 10 meters from the pool, with a small terrace. The surroundings of the garden are very well cared for. Arenal beach 500 m, walk 10 min. Perfect.

Rooms are big, beds are good. Bathrooms are in need of renewal. Kitchen utensils are only provided for 2 people and not for 8. Garden is very small. Outside you can actually only eat with 4 people. Swimming pool is not well maintained. Expensive for what it really is.
