Very beautiful, very comfortable apartment block "Golden Life". In the district of Montañar II, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (19 x 9 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: fitness room, lift. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 1 km, shingle beach "Platja Cala Blanca" 450 m, rocky beach "Platja Segon Muntanyar" 50 m, swimming bay 200 m. Surf school 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

I was already two years ago in the same apartment. The location and views from the apartment are very good to be away from the hustle and bustle (not to go to Arenal). But the apartment is neglected, dilapidated and even unhygienic. It needs repairs and maintenance by the owner. I asked the agency for some things and they provided them to me, but I had to go get them myself. Two doors do not close and were not repaired during my stay

The apartment is very well located and the views are unbeatable, that cannot be denied. Now yes, the facilities are very old. When we showered we were left with the curtain in our hands, there was no hair dryer, the coffee maker was super old... in short, in the photos everything looks luxurious, but it needs a facelift.

The apartment has a very good location and views, but overall it is a bit run down, with very basic furnishings and, to some extent, tatty. The kitchenware, cutlery, crockery and glassware should be renewed.
