Private: natural state property 3'000 m2, swimming pool with privacy (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: burglar alarm system. Bumpy, narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road). Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Always happy with this pleasant house with swimming pool, isolated in the forest, it is the 4th time that we have come and we really appreciate the tranquility of the place, in addition, dogs are welcome (provide nets for sheep to enclose, which we do). It's getting a little older, but it's still very good.

Pool tiles are peeling off in number. Insulation of the house very poor The only air conditioning in the master bedroom is worn out and does not get very cold. Essential to have many fans to withstand the heat. Refrigerator shows signs of weakness. Little cold down there. Spring of the master bedroom mattress very noticeable. Water from the swimming pool on our arrival was yellow in color. Garden not maintained. Leakage of water from the external tap. Wifi not working when we arrived
