Beautiful, cosy house "Club San Juan". In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, 2 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Private: property (fenced) with flowers and trees, beautiful garden to relax, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, sandy beach 2.5 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, marina 2.5 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The tiny turnaround around the cottage is absolutely unkempt, untidy and dirty. Artificial turf covered with dry leaves, branches and the like - bushes that proliferate and weeds everywhere. There is also a rusty old bicycle on the wall of the house. Inside it is clean - however, the electrical installations leave something to be desired - functionally and in terms of safety. Otherwise the place to stay is ok.

We have been going to Spain with Interhome for several years, but this is the first time that we have been so disappointed. The house is very pretty, the residence is quiet. The strong point of the house is its very pleasant garden and very shaded all day. On the other hand, very disappointed with the equipment of the house. She smelled strongly of humidity, very little storage and a very inconvenient kitchen. We had to buy some crockery. Air conditioning lack of maintenance +++. Rental to review!
