Private: garden 1'080 m2 (fenced) with swimming pool (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Great house, well equipped, lots of space, great pool. No specify: one bedroom is only accessible through another, 3 of the 4 bedrooms are adjoining. Large bathroom to be reviewed because the flow is very slow, ditto for outdoor shower. Nice garden, too bad it is not maintained because all the dead leaves fall into the swimming pool and the outside shower with the wind. Residential area, very quiet (except when dogs bark all night). The farm is great. With a large pool, gas barbecue and a magnificent porch for outdoor dining. The garden is beautiful and well cared for. Optimal cleaning both inside and outside. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is air conditioning in two of them. Only to improve the kitchen utensils (scarce and somewhat damaged) and some mattresses that were very sagging.
