The urbanisation was designed by the famous architect Tonet Sunyer very modern residence "Atarazanas", 4 storeys, built in 2002. Above Puerto, in a central, elevated position, 100 m from the sea. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. and 31.Dec.). In the house: central heating system. Shop 100 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 30 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 2 km pebble beach "Grava" 100 m, shingle beach "Tango" 400 m.

There were my husband, my son (adult), my sister and I. The apartment is a very spacious duplex, with a magnificent terrace. Fully furnished and with all the comforts. The urbanization has a swimming pool (a bit cold in September, but fine). And the place, I would say that it is the best location in the entire port of Javea, as it is 2 minutes walk from the entire urban center of the port, shops, restaurants, supermarket, promenade, beach, etc. We will repeat !!

Excellent family sized property, good location, but. Upstairs shower room had black mould around shower tray and curtain, 3 pc suite in lounge very grubby. Light shades in bed1 were taped up and fell apart when lights got warm. Partition between beds1&2 balconies was only secured on one side and during the storms it flexed and banged all the time(3 nights) in the winds.Overall disappointing but would not take much to put right.

Good location. Reasonable price-quality ratio. No Wi-Fi. That is not of this time and certainly not in this price range.
