I am and was not satisfied with the service on site and from Interhome. You can't reach anyone at interhome and you don't get an answer when you write emails. I've been trying to do it by phone for days. On-site service is very difficult to reach, no information and does not understand German. When the keys were handed over, no correct information was passed on that was and is important for the stay. Otherwise it was nice. Good service is always positive.

the rental in itself was in accordance with the description: summary but sufficient. On the other hand the reception by the key-bearer leaves a lot to be desired. he is always in a hurry, does not give any explanation. When leaving he planted us in front of the apartment and left with the keys.When I called him he told me that he was coming back immediately to open the parking lot for us so that I could get my vehicle back, after half an hour of waiting I left. called back and he told me that I had to wait another hour for him which forced me to disturb a neighbor. I find it unacceptable and have a very bad memory of it.
