The most notable feature is its proximity to the beach. It's well-equipped, has two terraces, the car park is inside, and the air conditioning works well. Just to point out something, and despite everything else, I think the price is a bit high.

Cleanliness needs improvement, especially on the outdoor terraces, dirty cushions on armchairs, cover of second sofa inside also, and not very comfortable. Otherwise, Interhome staff very good and very attentive to the customer.

Perfect location for a stay in Costa Brava and Peniscola is magnificent to see..150 m from the sea and shops, and 150 m from the swimming pool and tennis. Very very clean house. Air conditioning. The neighbors are lovely people. Thanks also to Mrs. S. for her welcome and her availability.

Overall everything was perfect. Few clothespins to hang clothes. Some more kitchen utensils would be needed. And the worst of all is that there were traces of urine from other people on the lids of the toilet bowl.
