It's a wonderful apartment, all exterior except for one bathroom. Opening the windows provides a wonderful breeze. There's air conditioning, but at the end of June, we only used it for 15 minutes to see how it worked and how well it cooled. Something we were missing, like the iron, was brought right away. The mattresses are firm, just the way I like them. The dishes, pots, and pans are new. Highly recommended.
