We stayed at the house for a few days, enjoying the views, pool, and tranquility. A wonderful experience. The house is quite nice for not being a new build. It could use a little more maintenance. When we arrived, the dishwasher wouldn't clean because it was covered in limescale (something very common in the area). The Wi-Fi didn't work well. The refrigerators took a day to cool down, but they ended up working fine. The separate sleeping area from the living area is great, and there's plenty of privacy.

There were 6 of us for 2 weeks. The pluses of the villa: magnificent view, large house with lots of storage, very very quiet area, good bedding, superb region very rich in walks and visits.... The minuses: all the household appliances are aging or on the verge of breaking down, the pool tiles are peeling off, an air conditioning unit no longer works... The INTERHOME team is exceptional and responsive even if not everything was repaired during our stay

Pleasant villa where we spent 2 weeks. To recommend Small flat for the dishwasher which is very badly placed in the kitchen and it is impossible to open the entire door: it is a real exercise to put the plates and remove them. Too bad there is no microwave either.

The house has a beautiful 360 degree view, a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful garden. Too bad it has some age flaws, especially in the kitchen. More generally, manuals about the devices would have been useful and information about the environment would have been nice.

decent exterior and beautiful view, good bedding, appliances and tiny shower should be refreshed, for this price I got better. no microwave and insufficiently equipped with crockery for a family of 5.

Very nice & neat house - in a holiday resort on a hill with a beautiful view of the mountains & sea. House was in good order, all necessities present. Very quiet neighborhood, little through traffic. Recommended home. Swimming pool top. Remarks: - no shower curtains, only real downside - a bit too far from food - for fresh daily business yet 8 km drive At about 12 km fantastic restaurant (XXX) with a beautiful view of the bay. At 18 km lively harbor town (Denia) with many activities and many tasty restaurants. Recommended!!
