The cleaners gave it a quick wipe to make it acceptable at first glance, but upon closer inspection, disgusting details emerged. The bed linens were of poor quality and full of hair.

I am and was not satisfied with the service on site and from Interhome. You can't reach anyone at interhome and you don't get an answer when you write emails. I've been trying to do it by phone for days. On-site service is very difficult to reach, no information and does not understand German.
