The keys were handed over in the car park, we had to find the underground car park and then the accommodation on our own (without being accompanied by the agent). When we arrived at the apartment, several problems were noted such as the shower drain being blocked, the shower head holder broken, the freezer drawer broken and the TV not working properly. Despite this lack of support, we still had a pleasant stay in Oropesa del Mar.
