the air conditioning in the main room was not working, the air conditioning was leaking into the room. dirty apartment on arrival (smell of tobacco, food left in the fridge, sock left in the room, very dirty dishes, etc.) broken cupboard. the wifi was not working

The mattresses were very bad, very hard and with buns inside, and the sofa was very painful, all the bones ached with both the mattresses and the sofa. The bathroom was very small because it had a hydromassage bathtub, it would be more comfortable with a shower tray. The bedding very rough and with balls. Kitchen towels were missing
