After 9 years of using Interhome, this is the first time it has gone badly. Reported several times that the pool needs to be cleaned, the pool contractor says he came by while we are present in front of the pool and no one came. The agency believes the pool contractor despite the photos of the green and disgusting water. We were not able to swim for almost a week. Too bad because it is a beautiful house with a beautiful view. Ruined vacation.
