There needs to be a washing machine. There are no protective grilles on the small wall on the outside terrace. This wall is only 40 cm high and behind it is about 3-4 m deep. Very dangerous for small children and adults who are in poor health.

House, equippment and garden was perfect. Beautifull views, swiming pool with lighting for night... Like a paradise! I have been on the end of October at Zindel and we had one problem only - Mosquitoes! Very agressive and effective, ufortunatelly. Even some centipedes inside the house. They're looking not nice but I red in internet they're killing spiders and insects so OK. Anyway, maby in other year's season will be better :D

The pool, the panorama, the tranquility are the best. The TV is useless, you don't see anything and there are no Spanish channels. The sofa is very, very uncomfortable.

It has been a perfect, relaxing stay. The pool, the view and the garden are wonderful. Everything very well cared for and clean. The only uncomfortable things have been the sofa and the armchairs and the only bad thing is the TV, which practically cannot see anything, neither Spanish channels nor anything other than news in several languages. Luckily the WiFi worked well and through our PC we have been able to watch Netflix. Experience to repeat, the place is beautiful.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful house with a lovely pool. Located in a quiet and beautiful area. Town and beach nearby. Beautiful view over mountains and sea, definitely recommended.

We stayed 2 weeks in this house. The exteriors are pleasant, swimming pool clean, lighted and well maintained (cleaning twice a week). Magnificent view over Javea and the sea from the terrace, very pleasant. Garden furniture and aging deckchairs (only 2 deckchairs for 4 people), broken parasol, too bad ... The equipment of the house disappointed us: no dishwasher and washing machine, impractical gas stove. Kitchen equipped with old utensils that are no longer useful. Simple ventilation in the kitchen as there is no hood. No draw sheet on the beds but sheets and towels are provided.

Holiday house with good views of the Montgó and the sea. Nice clean pool. The staff who attended us solved everything we said and was very pleasant and efficient. The kitchenware and bedding were a bit scarce and we missed light at dusk in the pool and outside the house.
