Beautiful garden and pool. Good distribution of the house, fantastic interior terrace. It is a house with its years, but it maintains its charm. It needs small fixes.

Nice location near the beach (pebbles) near the siesta and not far from the port. The residence's swimming pool is beautiful and pleasant. The apartment is comfortable although its equipment is starting to date. It deserves to be modernized.
