We rented this house for a stay in Javea. It's a spacious and pleasant house, which can accommodate 7 people in 4 bedrooms, with a well-maintained swimming pool (the problem I had read about is no longer there, no trees around the edges). The air conditioning is not in all the rooms, only the living room, but we manage with the fans provided. Honestly, nothing to complain about.

The villa in question is perfect for a short stay, but be aware that you will need a car to get to facilities. There are a couple of bars about 600 metres away, but only open in the day. Facilities at the Villa are all satisfactory but aircon is only available in the main living room. Bedrooms do not have aircon.

The house has a lot of overdue maintenance. Very unfortunate Super bad beds. Latte bottoms without slats etc. Parasols that are broken. Broken seat cushions. Too bad a lot can be solved if someone pays some attention to it. But very disappointed in the house all around. That you rent as a VILLA for that money

It is all too old and neglected ..... they have been "patching" the construction but everything is at least more than 30 years old ... It is also incomprehensible that it is not fenced.

Recently we have been with family, we have loved it, quiet and comfortable place, the house was very clean, good sheets and towels. It is important that the mattresses have mattress covers and that they change a spring base for another with sheets.The kitchenware quite well, when we arrived the refrigerator did not work they put another one even a little small but we were able to adapt. To put a fault the wifi was too slow for the 7 of us who went. Bring mosquito repellent at night.

Pleasant and well-equipped house, lush garden (too bad it is at the front of the house), very well maintained swimming pool. The only downside is that you have to play with the parasols all day long to create a little shade. Point to underline: the garden is not entirely closed which can be annoying for parents with young children. Ideal family.

Nice house, swimming pool smaller than in the photo, nice garden. Please note that the house is not completely fenced. Very clean, big enough for 6 people, well equipped but it lacks large pots, mugs and a mop. The bed for 2 is not of good quality. Do not hesitate to chat with the neighbor on the very nice side. I recommend this lovely house.

I stayed in this property as a family member owns the property above so the location was excellent. I was disappointed that air conditioning was only in the lounge area and not the bedrooms. Curtains were old.

The house in general is good, quiet area but few lights around. Kitchen utensils and tablecloths are missing. There is also something to take into account for those of us who bring pets, the house is not fully fenced and that generates insecurity and uneasiness. And usually very well to the Agency for their attention.
