Everything great, only one drawback, there is no air conditioning and at night it is a bit hot, especially in the living room.

I would have described it as great, but for me it has a downside and that is the parking lot. The entrance to the property is narrow and when you arrive at the house and have to turn around it is complicated and requires maneuvering. The issue is solvable, removing a part of the garden. Anyway it is my opinion, otherwise very good.
