+ Quiet location, good price/quality, good beds, plenty of space, air conditioning, all necessary facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, swimming pool, ... - Shower screens need to be replaced, no WiFi

The main house is top notch, it would just be necessary to reinvest in the kitchen appliances. The adjoining F2 smells a lot of humidity and the bathroom is really run down and dirty. The pool and outdoor areas are really nice. However, we had a great vacation with friends.
