The apartment urgently needs a renovation in terms of furniture. For example, the refrigerator has been rusty for a long time and the freezer compartment is broken. There is bad crockery in the kitchen. The building is poorly insulated in terms of noise protection, so that every word is heard from the neighboring apartment. The balcony railing is rusting away. Javea has been our favorite spot for years.

The whole apartment is fine, good views, it has everything you need for a week. Interhome's attention has been fantastic at all times, one fan did not work and in less than an hour I had another.

Rent from 08/14/21 to 08/21/21. No hot water for 5 days, stoves in a very bad condition (forced to buy one), the fridge needs to be changed (two shelves are missing, no light and hardly getting cold), a fan out of two works, no clothespin (bought some and left them there), the toilet stuck and the lamp cover on the balcony is missing. I find that is a lot especially for an apartment renting 750 / week.

The apartment was very good although the neighbors complain if you make a little noise, but hey, nothing happens. Good location and next to the beach. The apartment is spacious and the terrace is fine, the only bad thing is that it does not have an oven.

It is essential to have air conditioning because it is very hot, the fans do nothing, then the mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The apartment is very well located in front of a rocky beach with stairs to go down to the water, very little crowded and safe and the urbanization is very clean and quiet. There was no wiffi.

This apartment does indeed benefit from a very beautiful unobstructed view but it is very very noisy poorly soundproofed one has the impression that the neighbors are in the apartment with us the parking space for the vehicle is not allocated to the apartment specifically which can present a problem in the middle of the summer season.

With restricted access, reserved parking, it takes away a lot of headaches. The garden areas and the pool are very pleasant. The apartment is very bright, although somewhat cold and we miss a heater similar to the one in the living room in the bathroom. The somewhat old but very functional furniture and in general the house is very well equipped.

In general, the stay was good, with small nuances, first the refrigerator was tiny, almost like the minibar in hotels, when we arrived the freezer had a lot of ice and was little cold, we could not use it, being so small, the We had to make the purchase every day, we already put it in the observations when leaving the keys. Also, apart from the shutter system that the house had, it would be necessary to have some curtains, as simple as that would give more privacy to the house and well, the mattresses could be improved. The urbanization was well cared for, the doorman was very friendly, the pool, although there were children, we all respected each other, it was fine and then the beach in front of us, although it was rocky, the waters were transparent, amazing. Overall good.
