The exterior area a 9/10 and the interior a 7/10, however the fault is the cleanliness. In the kitchen area, traces of dirt in each drawer with food remains on the utensils and even dead cockroaches. It could be that it happened due to being the first rental of the season.

Everything was fine, the house, the swimming pool, the setting. Only small flaw: the road to get there is not wide and not very practical. But I would gladly rent this house again

We had a great stay at the villa everything you could need was there . The garden and pool were great for children and much larger than we realised . Villa was clean and well kept. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach in Xabia . Well located to explore rest of the area.

Nice holiday home located in a quiet hilly settlement of Javea. Although the house offers accommodation for eight people, some of the furnishings are only designed for six people (deck chairs, chairs at the table). Upon request from Fereinhausverwaltung INTERHOME, additional loungers were immediately made available. Overall, the property and the pool are clean. The pool and the garden are serviced weekly.

We spent 2 very pleasant weeks in this beautiful house, which is large, well equipped and with a very nice swimming pool. The area is quiet and not far from Javea's Arenal beach and supermarkets. Note a wifi problem in the house but the Interhome team lent us a 4G mobile box to be able to access the internet.
