We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It is spacious and very well equipped, but unfortunately, there is no air conditioning and the interior of the accommodation heats up very quickly, even if you close the blinds. To the point where we had to buy a portable air conditioner to make it bearable... Other than that, the outdoor space is really great, the pool is large and it is well maintained.

The house is located about 2 km from Arenal beach and 5 minutes walk from a good grocery store. The wonderful sea view and convenient location compensate for the inconveniences. Downstairs 2 small bedrooms and a living room, upstairs a bedroom with a bathroom. The 180m2 is probably the area with a terrace. The pool is not square (as in the description) but oval, but pleasant. For 21 days in August it was very warm and the lack of air conditioning was a nuisance. Household appliances a bit worn, but functional. Interhome service - very good.

Overall good accommodation but with some flaws. Old refrigerator partly rusted and with no tray for drinks. Old washing machine. Very slow wifi. Very hot house, air conditioning is needed. Very difficult to use garage door and only for very tall and strong people. The house with some burned out light bulbs. Tv indicated by satellite but did not say that it was only foreign channels.

Very nice house with beautiful surroundings. You have a great view of Moraira and the sea. Right next door is a shopping center (Consum). The car can be put in a garage. It was negative that 2 blinds were defective, but they were repaired immediately. There were lots of tiny ants in the house too. But we were able to keep them within limits with poison. Overall, a fantastic house that we can only recommend.

Are regulars twice a year. The villa and its particularly well-exposed garden are very pleasant to live in. In October we unfortunately suffered the nuisance of major earthworks in the neighboring land. Note that large household appliances are starting to tire (washing machine, dishwasher)

This house is not suitable for those who are looking for a quiet place - another house is being renovated in the area and there is a lot of noise and terrible dust everywhere. The house is well furnished, close to the sea, but due to noise and dust it is impossible to be in it during the day. The house does not have air conditioning, which is a big minus. The price does not correspond to what can be expected from the holiday and the house should no longer be on offer.

Residential district. Pretty villa well distributed in beautiful landscaped environment. Very pleasant to live in, perfectly maintained. It is with pleasure that we come and come back to it.
