The house is full of cockroaches, some dead and some alive. They replaced our dishwasher due to a fault, and there were at least 15 cockroaches underneath. When we reported it, they told us there was an infestation and there was nothing they could do. The worst part was that they broke into the house during our stay. The house doesn't meet any security measures; there's a false alarm, and even though there's a grill on the door, they were able to open it without any problem. Interhome hasn't taken responsibility for anything. The pool is dirty and covered in algae.

We spent two lovely weeks here in May/June. The location is fantastic: the beach, a small supermarket, and restaurants are just minutes away. The property and house are beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The instantaneous water heater only provides hot water for one shower, so it takes forever (we were a group of seven) for everyone to finish. The dishwasher is a temporary solution and should be replaced. The pool was very dirty for a few days and couldn't be used. Everything else is perfect!

Fairly nice house, we enjoyed the sunbeds with cushions. We did miss some comfortable seats outside and on the roof terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and glassware. Too bad that the basic things like washing up liquid and brush and garbage bags were missing. We did not find the area around the house that great, few restaurants open in May and the neighborhood was a bit poor. It is possible to walk to the center of Denia in about 30 minutes along the road.
