Large house with a nice patio. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the very narrow and steep stairs. Ideal for going with children due to the large swimming pool in the development and the proximity of the beach (3 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot). Very quiet area ideal for relaxing.
