Monte Pego: Cosy house "Esperanza", 2 storeys. In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, elevated position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Barbecue, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

House very well located on the heights of Monte Pego, very quiet area with views of the Val Ebo mountain. Very nice house with a great swimming pool. Just a downside for the air conditioning, only in the dining room/living room and not strong enough to cool the rooms during the heat wave. Interhome at the top for the reception.

We had a fabulous few days here but unfortunately there were a couple of issues, the biggest of which was the leaking air conditioning unit which we reported on our first day but was never fixed. We were also disappointed that there were no other a/c units in the property - we had to buy fans or we wouldn't have been able to sleep. Also we never found the washing machine despite trying all the locked cupboards and basement room. Beautiful property which would really benefit from a little TLC.
