Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 9 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking. Sandy beach "Les Deveses" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 9 km. Despite a fitter we had no hot water in the back bathroom!! In the dining room there is black mold in the upper corner (highly dangerous for allergy sufferers). It's a shame that there wasn't any bed linen. The garden could do with a bit more maintenance!!

Garden was in a desolate resp. encountered overgrown condition. After our intervention, gardeners were commissioned to design it in such a way that it more or less corresponds to the description on the Interhome website. Various defects in the house could be partially eliminated. We would like to mention that we spent a total of 7 weeks at Villa Capi. A big thank you goes to Interhome Monte Pego who always tried to ensure that we still had a pleasant stay.

Great view and very quiet! Perfect for those looking for peace and quiet, not recommended without a car. About 20 minutes drive to the beach. House is very well decorated! Lounge chairs would occasionally need to be replaced.

Like every year, despite the difficult context, we came to spend a dream week in Pego in the CAPI villa. This house is tastefully decorated by the owners and is very well equipped. Only negative point: the internet connection leaves something to be desired even if the modem has been changed. We were made to feel very welcome at the Interhome office in Monte Pego and the housekeeping team had undoubtedly gone out of their way to thoroughly clean and disinfect the house. See you next year.

Overall we were satisfied. There were a few things missing from the house, and Interhome staff never responded to the email. Be careful the area is in the area of occurrence of difficult insects (probably flies), which caused the inconvenience. Pool maintained, only 2 outdoor loungers (crunchy). There was no outdoor shower, which was annoying.

The magnificent house, the views too. The worst is the access, narrow road with many curves, but of course to have good views ... As the owners are German, they have a satellite dish for television that does not broadcast channels in Spanish, only German TV. Yes there is DVD

This was our third time at Villa Capi - that says it all. For people who are looking for peace and relaxation, the modern and well-furnished holiday home is a very good choice. Somewhat secluded, quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains in an unobstructed location. Unfortunately we had to find some shortcomings during the takeover. These were immediately communicated to Interhome and were able to be rectified in some cases immediately and in some cases with a delay. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Interhome that everything was handled satisfactorily.
