A good apartment for a vacation with children. The apartment was perfect for four people. The residential complex was very well maintained, with a garden, a playground, and a pool to enjoy. The apartment was on the ground floor, providing easy access to the common areas and the pool. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away, and Denia is about 5-6 km away. The only drawbacks were that the sleeping mattress was extremely uncomfortable and that we were without a shower for seven days due to a fault that wasn't resolved.

Very nice and spacious apartment for 4 with beautiful terrace, swimming pool at the top (closed between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.) and very well maintained garden, functional wifi. The residence is well secured, underground parking ideal for large cars. Shops nearby. Negative point: the bathrooms need to be refreshed, air conditioning to be maintained (bad smell), cleaning to be improved

Very well-equipped apartment, very comfortable due to its size, perhaps the rooms are not a little small, but to put some small fault. The facilities and equipment are great, the pool phenomenal.
