Very nice and functional accommodation Pleasant covered terrace Swimming pool larger than in the photo A downside for the bathroom which needs a big refresh, especially the shower cubicle where the seal is to be completely changed was patched up on D-Day but with children a lot of water flowing despite everything

Appt rather well placed in Calpe. Good size pool, cool because a little covered but positive for us. To review: bedding, no small shower especially in height, leak on the side, no oven, efficient air conditioning in the night area but very noisy even when switched off (signaled). The major problem remains the entrance gate (garage, also intended for pedestrians) which deserves to be automated. Otherwise pleasant location overall. Be careful, there are many steps throughout the house.

Good pool area, the entrance to the house is through the garage with an awkward and complicated door to open, the interior of the house is very normal, the mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable, in the kitchen there is a lack of an oven and several Utensils such as a food cutting board ... the barbecue grills very dirty, impossible to use we had to buy one

We had problems the first day as water was leaking from the air conditioner, the maintenance guy fixed it right away. The problem is that this device is placed in the corridor in front of a wall so the air is not distributed. They should warn that you enter through the garage since the owners live upstairs, it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be good to say so. As it had a roof, the pool did not get the sun and the water was freezing, but always very clean.

There was no lightbulb in a bedroom so there was no light. In the shower, the drain was constantly clogged so the water couldn't drain well. Maybe it should be cleaned properly. And there was no oven. Otherwise everything was great!
