The poolside is very dangerous if you go with children, it is very sharp, many light bulbs burned out, only one umbrella for many sun loungers, one control for air conditioning in different rooms, no cleaning products, the furniture in relation to the price we paid is lamentable, dirty and made of plastic. The stairs are a clue because they are slippery.
