A few negatives: the new toilet in the 2nd bathroom is a disaster, does not work well. The old one was better. I had a lot of problems with cockroaches in the house. The mattresses in the master bedroom really need to be replaced, you are lying in a hole. We are coming. Been here in this house since 2017 and the beds were fine then. The cookware set is not much anymore, handles are burnt. These are also from that time and may need to be replaced, including frying pan - Swimming pool is perfect after renovation.

First of all, we were very well received by the Calpe intercom team. The house is located in an area close to the town, but quiet. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and the large terrace with a magnificent view of the Peñón de Ifach and the sea. The villa is very well equipped, and, at this time of year, the lack of air conditioning did not bother us. In addition, the bedding is comfortable and recent. In short, we had an excellent holiday

Great house in Calpe! But "unfortunately" we only had to live outside because of the good weather :-) Great property, great house, great outdoor area. The only "defect": Both bedrooms have mattresses that are not only soft, but very, very soft. Nevertheless a great vacation!

3rd time in this house with our 2 children. Always so good! We never tire of the view of the sea and the rock as well as of the large swimming pool. The air conditioning would be really appreciated, however, because the nights are very very hot.

It is a one-story house and everything is phenomenal. We have repeated two years in a row. The only thing that I would change is the mattresses that are very soft. Otherwise we have had a very good vacation.

House very well equipped but really lacks air conditioning because the nights are very hot. Pool filtration problem hs 2 days from the end but solved the next day thanks to the pro very reactive = overall good stay / downside = no real qualitative restaurant type gastro

We were in this house for the third time this year. We like it very much, although it is a bit tight for 5 people. The view is wonderful. The equipment of the house and the kitchen are good, only the sofa is stupid and a patio chair was slightly broken. Otherwise everything is great! The pool was initially cloudy because the pump was not running, but was quickly fixed after the complaint. The only thing I was missing was a vacuum cleaner to clean in between ... ;-)

Beautiful house with a fantastic view and a huge pool. Suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children or a third adult, as the second bed is only 140cm wide! Everything is there, the kitchen is well equipped. Great garden with lemon and orange trees. Calpe is close enough and far enough away :-) Ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The small road to get there can be scary at first, but discovering the villa and its terrace + swimming pool with a superb view of the sea and the Ifach rock quickly make you forget the last km. The interior is very pleasant, the kitchen top notch, and the small interior terrace perfect for breakfast. The 2 bedrooms and their bedding are also very correct. At the end of the day, a sea breeze allows you to feel less overwhelmed by the hot weather.
